By accessing, engaging, or using the services provided by [The Creators Network] (“Agency”), you (“Creator,” “Client,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). The Agency provides creator representation and brand partnership facilitation services, including sponsorship outreach, negotiation of partnerships and contracts, media kit development, campaign coordination, and creator-brand matchmaking. The Agency does not act as an employer of the Creator and does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, sponsorship volume, revenue, engagement metrics, or other performance results. All services are provided on a best-effort basis informed by industry experience and marketing practices. Compensation structures, including commissions or fixed fees, must be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services. Unless otherwise stated, commissions apply only to deals directly facilitated by the Agency, payments are due upon invoice or completion of agreed milestones, and all payments are non-refundable. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

The Creator agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their platforms and audience, maintain professional communication, fulfill all contractual obligations related to brand partnerships, and comply with applicable platform rules, advertising standards, and legal regulations. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice; however, the Creator remains responsible for earned commissions related to completed or contracted deals facilitated during the engagement period. All intellectual property rights remain with the Creator, while the Agency retains a limited right to reference non-confidential campaign performance data for portfolio or marketing purposes unless restricted in writing. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding non-public business information, including pricing, negotiations, campaign details, and communications, and this obligation survives termination. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party brands, platforms, or services. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship, as the Creator remains an independent contractor. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Agency’s operating jurisdiction and constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior discussions or understandings.
